Whether the property is on a greenfield or brownfield development, new or existing site, it is important to consider drainage at an early stage to ensure the impact and constraints are dealt with to meet and satisfy local planning applications.
We encourage customers to discuss their proposal with us and use our design services early in the development process. In certain cases, this can require changing or altering the drainage and it may require Building Control approval.
For such developments, EMD can design new sewers under Section 104 Agreement (Water Industry Act 1991) and private drainage to meet current Building Control requirements.
